That's WAY too cute to use as a collar!
Very cute! If we had a girl dog, I just might make one for her. As it is, our dog is a boy and I don't think that he would appreciate such feminine finery! :)
Oh, and I wanted to tell you (I don't believe I have told you or Laura yet) that Bebe is a beautiful dog! What fun and enjoyable company she must be!
